By accessing and using Sublify, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Products & Licenses

All source codes sold on Sublify are licensed for personal or commercial use as specified per product. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source code with third parties. Each purchase grants a single-user license unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, your download link will be delivered to your email address within 24 hours by our team. Sublify is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our support team.

6. Intellectual Property

All products listed on Sublify are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Sublify does not claim ownership of any source code sold on the platform.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Sublify for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
